VHI – battle in the Russian Motivation Club.

On November 7, the autumn meeting of the Russian Motivation Club of Russia took place in one of the most beautiful buildings in the center of St. Petersburg – in the luxurious but cozy culinary studio CulinaryOn on the top floor of Au Pont Rouge.

This time we chose rather sharp and controversial topic: “New generation VHI: truth or fiction?” And for a good reason: at some point, our seminar turned into real debate or even an argumentative battle!

The first speaker, Valery Kaluzhin, first deputy director of the North-Western branch of the Accord Insurance Company, spoke about new trends in the VHI market, non-trivial IT solutions for HR managers and insured people, optimization of the VHI budget and how to make the VHI package an effective motivation of employee. After a rich presentation and discussion of all questions for Valery, our guests took part in a practical case: they worked in groups, answering questions about the motivation of employees and VHI.

The CulinaryOn team pleased the club members with an exquisite coffee break, after which Alexey Nikolaev, the head of ONEGIN Law Group, spoke. This is where the fun began! Alexey spoke about real risks when working with VHI providers, about contracts and expectations from the provider and reality. He was opposed by both our previous speaker and the participants of the seminar. Of course, everything was within the framework of the construct and the participants parted with a ton of useful information for thought!

See you at the new sites of the Russian Motivation Club!
